Floral Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing us for your wedding flowers. We are truly honored to be part of your special day and look forward to bringing your vision to life with floral designs that make your celebration as memorable as the love you share.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your order. This deposit will be applied toward your total invoice. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or applied to any other purpose.

PAYMENTS

A payment of 50% of the total balance is due one month prior to the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before the wedding. Failure to complete payment by the specified dates may result in termination of this floral contract.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to make substitutions if certain flowers are unavailable or do not meet quality standards. In such cases, we will maintain the overall style and color palette, using flowers of equal or greater value. You will be notified of any changes.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the event. Cancellations or reductions made after this period will result in forfeiture of all payments. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

RENTALS

All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided. Replacement fees will be charged for any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned.

Any changes to this agreement must be approved by both parties in writing. We guarantee our services at the agreed-upon location(s), date, and time as outlined in this contract.
